There you have it. The rest is up to you. Get out there and do it. You will now know all the theory, or at least my take on it, have a good idea of the various techniques that street photographers use, and hopefully feel renewed enthusiasm to give it a go.
You will only improve if you get to know your camera and lens, shoot a lot, view a lot of other photographers’ work, visit galleries and view paintings and art in general. All of this will help to develop your eye and in time you might just be surprised at what you begin to see.
Good luck, happy shooting.
